Our Mission
The Norwood Taxpayer Alliance (NTA) is a resident-led, nonpartisan organization committed to protecting Norwood’s taxpayers through fiscal responsibility, transparency, and accountability in local government.Our goal is simple — to make sure every dollar raised and spent by the Town of Norwood is used wisely and benefits the residents who fund it.
Who We Are
The NTA was founded in 2025 by a group of Town Meeting Members and residents who share a belief that good government begins with an informed community.We advocate for balanced development, responsible budgeting, and open communication between residents and town officials.

Founder of NTA and known to many residents as Steve4Norwood from his prior community and campaign work.

What We Do
- Analyze town budgets, contracts, and major spending proposals.
- Publish plain-language summaries of complex financial and zoning issues.
- Encourage residents to participate in town decision-making.
- Advocate for policies that keep Norwood affordable and fair for all taxpayers.
